Last Saturday, Donna passed peacefully at home, comforted by her beloved Jackson. She has been reunited with her mother, Mary Guenther; her grandparents, Ida and William Gusinghaus; and her son, Anthony.
Donna was a proud mother to Timothy (Katy) Murphy, Melissa (Mark) Lumley, Hayley (Tetsuo) Halloran, and Jessica Halloran, and an even prouder grandmother to Lily and Ren. She was a sister to Lynn Whittaker and Ted (Karen) Tondreau.
Donna will be fondly remembered by her dear Aunt Jeannie, her friend Cathy, and many friends in her building.
The family wishes to thank Iliana and Taylor for being a part of Donna’s day-to-day life.
Donna will always be remembered for her generous spirit, her love of animals, and her warm, bubbly personality. She loved to make people laugh and was a friend to many, always with a very big heart.
Family and friends are welcome to join in a celebration of life on Thursday, May 7, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. at the Polish Legion, 601 Wellington St N, Kitchener, in the downstairs room.
