It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brock Baird–Bright of Waterloo on February 10, 2026, at the age of 22.
Leaving to mourn, with fond and loving memories, are his father, William Bright; his mother, Karrie McMillan; and his stepfather, Scott McMillan; brothers Sam and Scotty; grandmother (“Gam Gam”) Marion Baird; great-grandmother Lillian Butler; Uncle Blue Baird; Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Alan Johnson; Aunt Bev and Uncle Perry Bailey; and Aunt Denise Gould. Cousins Melissa (Andrew), Tyler, Justin, Dylan, Aiden, Jake, Taylor, and Eland, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends, will also cherish his memory.
Predeceased by grandparents Cecil and Maisie Bright, great-grandfather Kenny Butler, and Uncle Eddie Bright.
Brock was a kind and loving young man who had a heart of gold. He loved his family, and his hugs were endless. He was outgoing, a hard worker, and always brought laughter and smiles into every room he entered. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be forever loved and missed by us all. Rest in peace, our sweet angel.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brock’s memory to the KW Humane Society.
